Product Overview: Washed kaolin clay is made from igneous rocks,
sedimentary rocks and other parent rocks that have been decomposed by
natural weathering for a long period of time. White powder with particles in
hexagonal flake crystals. The pure product is white, generally gray or light
yellow when containing impurities, dense or loose powder, dark after absorption,
and has a special clay taste. Its unique particle size aspect ratio makes it
excellent in hiding performance. Is a slightly acidic mineral, but still has good
acid and alkali resistance. Soft, easy to disperse and suspend in water, with
good plasticity and high adhesion, excellent electrical insulation properties, in
addition, it has good acid resistance, low cation exchange capacity, good fire
resistance, etc. Can be used as a refractory binder or paper filler.
