Ultrafine precipitated barium sulfate series KB-1800
Product Overview: Precipitated barium sulfate is produced by chemical precipitation method. Its physical properties, purity and whiteness are better than ultra-fine natural barium sulfate. It is non-toxic and tasteless. It has good light resistance, weather resistance, acid resistance, flame retardancy and electrical insulation. Due to its excellent chemical inertness and moderate surface properties, it has good dispersibility and stability as a functional filler and body pigment. At the same time, it has better storage stability and hiding power than ultrafine barium sulfate, and can partially replace titanium dioxide in plastics, which can reduce the amount of pigment added and reduce product cost. The precipitated barium sulfate is not only stored in paints and coatings, but also improves the weather resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and surface decoration effect of the product, and enhances the impact strength and hardness of the coating. It is one of the indispensable fillers in powder coatings.
Application: widely used in coating, plastic, rubber, floor paint, industrial anticorrosive paint, ink, friction materials, radiation-proof materials, ceramics, glass, electronics, medicine, food and other fields.
